With over twenty years of dedicated service to the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Gaming and Hospitality Operation, Echo Marshall currently serves as the Executive Marketing Director for the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel.
She is responsible for generating revenue through the successful marketing of the entire organization, using market research, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. Strategic marketing initiatives for the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel include increasing the visibility of Casino and Hotel brand, VIP Player Development, the property’s Loyalty Initiative, Players Club, and the internal and external communication efforts.
Echo obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Idaho State University and is a firm believer in lifelong learning. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Western Governor’s University.
Serving not only the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel, but her surrounding community, Echo has been awarded the Idaho State Journal, Business Person of the Year in the Service Industry, Idaho State Journal Business Professional Under 40 Nominee and the Indian Health Services Certificate of Excellence.
As an avid support of local business, she has served as President and Board Member of the Greater Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for the Pocatello/Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Leadership Pocatello Graduate and Class Facilitator. She also served on Southeast Idaho’s High Country Travel Council.
In addition to loving her life as a mother of three – Tayzia, Jared and Raliah, and wife to Roland, she makes time for herself by leading others as a Zumba instructor, hiking local trails and is a beginning kayaker.
Echo’s ‘Go Big or Go Home’ approach to life also applies to her personal branding efforts that she has used to grow herself and business opportunities.
