Kade Kraus was raised and began his education in Southeast Idaho.
While completing an accounting degree at Boise State, Kade was afforded the opportunity to work full-time for a regional accounting firm in their newly created business consulting branch. That experience empowered Kade’s career as his responsibility centered upon analyzing client businesses and finding ways to drive growth & efficiency.
This focus became a distinguishing factor as Kade moved into the private sector as a controller at Docutech, a software provider in the mortgage finance industry.
Kade became the CFO of startup clothing company KLIM in 2004. This afforded Kade the opportunity to evolve financial and operational aspects of an explosive growth business, both domestically and internationally. In 2012, Kade led the financial side of the acquisition of KLIM by Polaris Industries. Klim’s growth continued, including the addition of another powersports brand, 509, to the portfolio in 2016. Growth has continued and even accelerated during the pandemic.
Kade and his wife Natalie are striving to reach the coveted title of “good parents” as they raise their four children. They both love serving in the community, getting outside and living in Southeast Idaho.
