Katie is a Partner/COO at the Get Found First and Spot On Solutions. She is responsible for organizing teams and keeping projects moving and successful. Katie is an award winning journalist and loves to use words to persuade, sell, and teach. She is a certified DISC Personality trainer and a certified John Maxwell leadership trainer/coach. She is passionate about growing successful teams and businesses. Katie received the 2020 Women of Influence Award in Media/Communications and was recently named to Who’s Who in America list. Get Found First was recently named Top 10 Places to work in Idaho.
She has been married to her husband Jonathan for 26 years. Together they have 3 kids and 1 granddaughter.
