MICHAEL A HUGHES
Born and raised in Ireland. Mechanical Engineering degree in Ireland and joined P&G in Ireland, manufacturing skincare and color cosmetics. Moved to the U.S. in 2003 with P&G (18 years total) and worked in manufacturing plants around the U.S. and HQ in Cincinnati running global supply chains. Moved to Idaho in 2017 as COO of Northwest Cosmetic Labs, become CEO a few months later and renamed to Elevation Labs as we acquired a competitor in Colorado.
