I’m just a guy with an awesome wife and three awesome – (yet often stinker) kids!

I absolutely love fitness and hitting the gym, so much so that I’ll be working toward some sort of a physique competition next year at 47 years of age.

I’m a bit of a geek, so if it’s got dragons, space ships or spandex, I’m probably a fan – even dressed in full spandex and cape for FanX a few years back with the kids. Haven’t decided on this years costume, but if the muscles are looking right I may try for He-Man.

Future aspirations are to complete my currently in progress book (title Top Secret) and to be a professional public speaker.
